Parkwood Herringbone Albatre is real French oak laid in a classic herringbone pattern, in a pale white tone with a slight pink tinge. It brings light into a room and suits calm, pared-back interiors.
Each block has a real oak top layer on a high density fibreboard core, which keeps it stable and resistant to knocks. The extra-matt lacquer is solvent-free and hard-wearing, so the floor keeps its natural look in busy rooms. The blocks click together, which makes a herringbone floor much simpler to fit. The oak comes from responsibly managed forests, and the floor is made in Europe by BerryAlloc.
Blocks measure 504 x 84mm and are 9.5mm thick. Each pack covers 1.69m² and holds 40 blocks.
Parkwood is suitable for underfloor heating up to 27°C and comes with a 20 year residential warranty.
Real wood is a natural material, so it will lighten or darken slightly with exposure to sunlight, and the tone can vary from board to board and from your sample. We recommend ordering a sample to see the colour in your own light. Samples are £1 each.
