Flooring is hard to judge on a screen. Colour shifts in daylight, texture tells you more than a photograph ever can, and a grey that looks warm on your phone can read cool in your hallway. Which is why we send samples before you spend a penny. Vinyl and LVT samples are free; carpet samples are £1 each.

Order up to four samples of any sheet vinyl, LVT or carpet in the collection. Vinyl and LVT samples are free, carpet samples are £1 each; we’re not currently able to offer samples of matting or underlay. Hold them against your sofa. Lay them down in the light you actually live in. Take your time.

How it works

1. Find something you like: On every product page you’ll see an ‘order a sample’ option.
2. Add up to four samples to your basket: Mix and match across ranges – compare a warm beige against a cool one, or see how a twist pile sits next to a wood-effect vinyl.
3. Check out: Vinyl and LVT samples are free. Carpet samples are £1 each. Just your address and where to send them.

Delivery

Samples usually arrive within three to five working days. We’ll email you when they’re on their way.

Yours to keep

There’s no need to send anything back. Keep your samples somewhere safe while you decide – they’re useful later too, as a record of exactly what you ordered, and handy for your fitter when the time comes.
