Tartan Effect Sheet Vinyl

Tartan vinyl flooring brings a classic check pattern to a kitchen, hallway or utility room in a sheet vinyl that is waterproof and warm underfoot. It comes on a roll, so most rooms can be covered in one piece. Our tartan design is Nectar Highland Navy, a beige and navy check. Samples are £1 each, with up to four per order, and arrive in 1 to 2 working days.

Nectar Highland Navy

Highland Navy is 2.6mm thick with a felt backing, which makes it firm and stable underfoot. It has a 0.25mm wear layer and a 10 year warranty, and it comes in 2m and 4m widths. It is waterproof, pet friendly and suitable for underfloor heating.

Where to use tartan vinyl

A check pattern suits a country style kitchen, a boot room or a hallway, and the pattern is good at hiding everyday dirt. Pair it with plain walls and simple units so the floor is the main feature.

Widths and ordering

Choose a width that covers the shortest side of your room in one piece, then order the length you need, with a little extra for trimming at the walls. With a check pattern, lining it up with the longest wall or the main doorway gives the neatest result.
